Its space and modern amenities are much more than you would expect from a studio apartment. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and separated from the main room. It is stocked with all essential toiletries, so you don’t have to worry about packing anything extra. There is no parking included in this listing. There is parking throughout the neighborhood including meter and free street parking. The city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight parking on the street. You will be able to get up to 3 nights by calling the city or by filling out an online form. We will provide you that information before your stay. Guest verification is required to abide by all legal requirements and building security rules. You may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor. We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does not record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night, 8-29 Nights: additional $200, 30+ Nights: additional $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am everyday. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property without refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys: $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in/check-out at a fee of $25/hour. You must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee, no exceptions. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. Includes a 4K 55" HDR Smart TV, a queen-size bed with luxury foam mattress, pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps.
