The studio features a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink, trays, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and separated from the main room and is stocked with essential toiletries. The bathroom includes a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and essential toiletries. There is no parking included. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25/night for stays of 1-7 nights, $200 for stays of 8-29 nights, and $300 for stays of 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Situated in the heart of Milwaukee's popular East Side neighborhood, this apartment is known for its diverse range of activities, food, nightlife, and tourist attractions. The Milwaukee Art Museum is a short drive or bike ride away. There are numerous breweries and beer gardens located throughout the East Side. Foodies will also be spoiled for choice in the East Side, with a wide range of dining options available to suit every taste and budget. The East Side is home to some of the best bars, nightclubs, and music venues in Milwaukee. The East Side offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities. Guest verification is required and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am everyday and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy and if there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a charge of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee.
