The city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight parking on the street, and you will be able to get up to 3 nights by calling the city or by filling out an online form. Nestled in a central and very desirable location in Milwaukee's popular East Side neighborhood, you’ll be just steps away from an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, water sports, biking, sightseeing, and more. One of the most popular attractions in the area is the Milwaukee Art Museum, located just a short drive or bike ride away. For those looking to experience some of Milwaukee's famous beer culture, there are numerous breweries and beer gardens located throughout the East Side. Foodies will also be spoiled for choice in the East Side, with a wide range of dining options available to suit every taste and budget. When it comes to nightlife, the East Side is home to some of the best bars, nightclubs, and music venues in Milwaukee. For those looking to explore the outdoors, the East Side offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed.
