Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. For units that permit pets, pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, you may be charged extra for cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a charge of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee.
