Take in the breathtaking views from the two lake-facing patios, with plenty of seating, grills, and games! Inside, kick back and relax in the living room with plenty of seating options and a Smart TV for entertainment. For additional recreation, head to the game room, complete with a wet bar, four Smart TVs, a Golden Tee game console, and a Wii. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals or the perfect cup of coffee during your stay. Share the meals in the dining room with lake views and an additional bar. When it is time to turn in for the night, choose one of the 5 bedrooms. The primary bedroom is upstairs and features a king-size bed, deck access, a Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom that boasts a large soaking tub. The second bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed and en suite bathroom. Downstairs, the third bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is also downstairs and has a queen bed and two twin bunk beds and a nearby shared bathroom. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. This house is located in the small, rural town of Garfield and has direct access to Beaver Lake. The house is located off a steep gravel road, so a 4-wheel drive is recommended. The driveway is steep, so a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended. The lake is accessible by going down the stairs to the shoreline. Dock access is strictly prohibited. For your safety and to avoid property violations, do not enter or use the dock at any time. Exercise caution to avoid creating overly large fires in either fire pit. Refrain from lighting any fires during July or August. Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control, which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
