This is one of the best unit in the whole subdivision. Great location near Post Office & other businesses, Close to Walmart and Walgreens Pharmacy. In addition to rent, tenant pays $25/month for trash pickup and $25/month for lawn-care ( Total-$50.00 ) to the management. As there is only one water meter for the whole building, so tenant either pays 1/4 of the water bill each month with the rent to the management .Tenant pays for Gas & Electric.
