The house is very bright and was completely remodeled by an architect studio 5 years ago. Flooring is beautiful bamboo hard wood throughout the property. The whole house is wired up with speakers, ready to be connected to a Sonos receiver. Two good size bedrooms, the master bathroom en-suite has a jacuzzi-jet tub, the other one has a large walk-in rain shower. Main bedroom and living room open via large glass sliding doors to the outdoor deck and overlook the private garden. The deck and large garden are secluded, fenced in and ideal to enjoy the summer sunshine in total privacy. It has an electric gate to park cars in drive-way, and is equipped with patio furniture and a wood burning fire place as well as a shed for additional storage. The living room / kitchen area is decorated and equipped in a white modern Scandinavian style with fully built in stainless steel high end appliances. (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave/steamer, washer, dryer and wine cooler) The five burner cooker is on a central island. The house has plenty of built in cupboard space. Easy access to both, Hermosa and Manhattan Beach, 1min. from Trader Joe, as well as quick access to freeway. Twice a month gardening service included and monthly alarm system subscription is also included. The rental price requested, reflects the quality of the accommodation, high end furnishing and appliances, as well as the availability of having your own private large garden, close to the beach.
