There are also storage units in front of your carport spot available to rent for $25.00 per month if you choose. We offer an easy-to-use tenant portal where you can do things like making electronic payments, checking your balance, viewing your lease and other documents, and for making and tracking maintenance requests. Terms: Rent is $1200.00 per month with a signed 12-month lease, which converts to month-to-month after one year. The security deposit is $1300.00 and is fully refundable.
