It's in the center of it all, close to downtown which boasts great restaurants, breweries, an award-winning riverwalk, and a major-acts concert venue. It sits in the historic overlay, where you'll experience the unique charm and architecture of the Carolina Place neighborhood. Across the street is a great coffee shop, local tavern, and the gorgeous Wallace Park, which is full of friendly people and animal lovers. This home was built in August 2022, is about 700-sqft, complete with vaulted ceilings and gorgeous exposed beams to provide and airy and bright space.
