There is a bedroom with a built-in full bathroom walk-in shower downstairs and 2 private bedrooms upstairs with a tub and shower combination. Two kayaks, outdoor dining, and a propane grill adorn the back deck, and the canal is just a few stairs from the deck. For those interested in fishing, starter tackle is provided in the patio closet, and there is a place to clean your catch with a water station. Two pups are welcome with a fee. There is one assigned parking space, and you may park an additional vehicle in an unnumbered space. Stroll through the fisheries, enjoy the beach with a short drive, and kayak off the included deck on the backside of the property! Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
