Property Id: 1045045 I have a 2br, 1ba apartment for rent located in Sunnyside, and it will be available starting on December 1st. Water/trash/sewer included in Rent. The unit is ~700 sq ft, and the two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house. There is a smaller living room and a modestly sized kitchen in the center portion of the house. Flooring is hardwood and tile. The bathroom has recently been updated, but it only has a shower, and it is on the small side. The entire apartment was remodeled in July of 2018. The kitchen has newer cabinets and all stainless appliances. There is also a standup washer/dryer combo in the unit as well. There is a large, paved parking area out front. This unit has a very small fenced in section to store outdoor items. Pets are OK, with applicable deposit and fees, but there is no 'backyard' or any dirt/grass area on the property.
