Close to Westbrook, Portland, the lakes, beaches, and interstate. NO PETS, NO SMOKING - FIRM. Not accessible/no elevator. Ample, free, parking for multiple cars, and nice outside common areas. No EV charging and no storage of small EVs [i.e. bikes, scooters, etc.] in unit or common areas. First, last, and security deposit due at signing. There is an application [no fee] needed for showing.
