Upstairs you have a large open living room with an adorable bay window. There is a great office space off the living room that is perfect for a studio or storage. The bedroom is a good size and has new paint and flooring and a nice closet space. The eat in kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and a nice broom closet. The bathroom has a new vanity and a tub. There is a shared back porch as well! Designated parking Resident pays for electric which includes the hot water- I would say about $60 a month Included in the rent is heat, sewer, lawn, snow plowing (not shoveling), trash and cold water No pets and no smoking. Rental Criteria: $25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner) Rental history (or a cosigner) 1 year lease required Application Process: We always recommend viewing the property before putting in a rental application (but it’s up to you!)
