About This Property
Cute house. This house has a dining room that is being used as a 3rd bedroom now and there is a finished room in the basement with a small storage room or a large closet as well. Walking distance to stores and bus line pick up. This house can be seen by appointments from the current tenant that is in between moving. I am working on a job out of state right now, but I will be in NY shortly. Move in date can be as soon as December 15th-ish. I’m a great owner expecting a great tenant. I don’t mind smoking outside with a can to toss the cigarettes in, but no smoking inside. Because this is a single house some pets allowed. Keep in mind insurance companies don’t allow some pets. Has an enjoyable sitting porch. Good size front yard and is 3/4 fenced in around the property. There is a large shed that is not included, but there is a small shed for lawnmower, bikes etc. I really don’t know what the square footage of the house is. Bedrooms and bathroom are on the 2nd floor. I can ask the tenant for more pics if requested. Section 8/ Arbor housing accepted. These are great programs. I have worked with these programs over 35 years. I know how they operated and what is expected etc.
