Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is roughly 2.5 times the amount of rent. Qualified applicants will be contacted to schedule a time to view the property. A driver’s license is required to check out a key at that time. Please make sure key is returned within one hour of checking it out.
