While located on a road less travelled, this dirt road leads to adventure. Engage outside in a game of beach-style Volleyball, indoors in a board game, or challenge your opponent to a game of cards. The first-floor features an open concept living/kitchen/dining area with plenty of windows letting in the natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the creature comforts to make a fabulous meal. Wrap up the day with a peaceful dinner on the screened in porch, then head over to the fire pit with an ice-cold beverage or the makings for the perfect S'more. There is a queen size murphy bed on the lower level and a full bed in the loft along with two twin beds. There is a television on the lower level where you can curl up and watch your favorite movie after a long hard day of play (stream with Roku). Wireless internet and washer/dryer are also provided. There are many popular hiking trails close by including Brook Path Trail, Cabin Trail, Ferncroft, and beyond. Owner is a licensed real estate broker. Tenant pays all utilities including snow removal. Application fee $40.00 Credit and Background checks done. Subject to Owners approval. Renters insurance required. NO SMOKING or VAPING on property. Pet friendly with owner approval, dogs allowed for a $50.00 per dog fee (Sorry no Cats).
