The rented area is all of the upper level with private patio deck. The "Garage", and the lower "In-Law" unit is not included. Lower level tenant has no access or site to the upper level home or outdoor private area. Parties and Noise need to be at legal levels, but the fun will not be taken away. One Parking Space in the driveway is included, a second and third parking space is available at the base of the Driveway. Bedding / Lenin / Towels included, cleaning and laundry service is not available during Rental. Due to sanitation standards, a $300 final cleaning and laundry fee will be added. $3750 for 6 month lease, $4250 for 30 day lease
