The guest bedroom with the triple bunkbed if desired can be converted into a bedroom with a full/queen bed. The entire property has been meticulously renovated within the last 5 years, ensuring a contemporary and comfortable living space. Ocean views from front yard and master bedroom. The downstairs area was specifically revamped just 3 years ago, providing a fresh and stylish atmosphere for your enjoyment. This Cardiff home promises a memorable coastal experience. **Please note that there is a long-term tenant onsite in the attached unit on the North side of the property with a separate entrance.** Things To Note About This Property: - Stays of 1 month and up to 4 months preferred, and subject to additional lease terms. - Maximum occupancy of 7, sleeps 7 (1 King bed, 1 Full bed, and 1 Triple Bunk Bed). - Pets are welcome for an additional fee, please contact us for approval. - Tenant to pay utilities (SDG&E, water, & internet) that are total over $300. - Owner to pay: landscaper, jacuzzi, & trash/recycle). - This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS. - This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups.
