Once you enter this two-story abode, the open layout flows gracefully allowing up to 16 guests the ease of gathering and making cherished memories. Warm wood and navy tones adorn the large living/kitchen/dining area. From enjoying meals together at the beautiful live-edge dining table to congregating at the kitchen island for breakfasts, the main level offers plenty of space for you and your group. Sliding glass doors open to provide seamless indoor-outdoor environs, perfect for entertaining. Three king suites are located on this level, each with their own ensuite bathrooms. Extending the entertainment and living spaces, the lower level boasts another full kitchen, two sitting areas and exciting games for the competitors in your group. Sleeping accommodations on the lower level include a king with an ensuite bathroom, a bunk room with 6 XL twins and 2 full Murphy beds. From the lower-living area, you have easy access to the lake and pool area the star of the home. The large outdoor space will transport you to a private retreat with a heated, salt-water pool, covered outdoor seating area, hot tub, fire pit and private dock with covered seating. From lounging and relaxing to swimming and entertaining, a royal stay awaits you at Queens Cove. StayLakeNorman has a great selection of high performance tritoons available for rent with over 500 miles of shoreline and many waterfront restaurants to explore, your stay is not complete without a boat. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible to renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. *Pool thermostat will be set to 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season. Queens Cove is located within minutes of an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options, 15 miles from Davidson College, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte, and 45 miles from Winston Salem. Also enjoy nearby golf, hiking, NASCAR races, whitewater rafting center, vineyards, and one of the best lakes in America! Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
