Its an old house, ideal for someone interested in putting in some TLC. That being said, the location is completly awesome! Minutes from Down Town or LSU. On a bus route. On the St. Patricks Day Parade Route. Close to BRG, City Park, and many resturants and conviences of Mid City. Unfortunatly no stove in this unit. So best to have an air fryer.
