Property Id: 34867 Attic Apartment (2bd/1ba) on the corner of Hundred Oaks and Perkins. I'm not gonna lie, this house is a bit rough around the edges. Its an old house, ideal for someone interested in putting in some TLC. That being said, the location is completly awesome! Minutes from Down Town or LSU. On a bus route. On the St. Patricks Day Parade Route. Close to BRG, City Park, and many resturants and conviences of Mid City. Unfortunatly no stove in this unit. So best to have an air fryer.
