Off-street parking for one vehicle and plenty of on-street parking. This apartment is only a ten-minute walk to the North Quincy Station. Everything runs on Electric, no gas bill. Laundromat close by. Tenants take care of their own car's snow removal, landlord maintains everything else. No pets and no smoking!
