This is a room for rent, so it's like an apartment with a shared kitchen, or a hotel without the housekeeping (check out the amenities below). This is functionally the same as a sublet/sublease, where people typically sublease out a bedroom while they pay for the whole house. This is the best house for student co-living in West Lafayette, hands down.
