This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is located on the second floor in Shore Acres, St. Petersburg. The unit remained high and dry and was unaffected by recent hurricanes. It is situated about 10 minutes from Beach Drive in downtown St. Pete and features a large balcony overlooking the community pool and water. The bedroom includes a walk-in closet, and the unit is located two doors down from both the elevator and the on-site coin-operated laundry room. An assigned parking spot is included along with ample guest overflow parking. The rent includes water, sewer, and trash. Move-in requires first, last, and security deposit. Pets are welcome with a pet fee and a refundable deposit, subject to association weight and breed restrictions. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit but allowed on the balcony. All applicants must pass a background screening and receive final approval from the condo association. Move-In Costs: 12-Month Lease | First, Last, and Security Utilities: Water, Sewer, and Trash are included in the monthly rent. Approval Process: Applicants must first complete a background and credit check. Upon approval, the Condo Association requires a separate application and approval process (approximately $30-40 in fees).
