The refrigerator currently in the home may stay unless the tenant prefers to use their own. You can come to our office between 9-1:30pm, Monday-Friday, to view the property by bringing a photo ID and $50 key deposit. Apply online at or pick up an application from our office at 820 West Evans Street. Application fees are $50.00 per adult. All proposed residents must be listed on the application(s). Gross combined monthly income must be at least $2,700.00. Proof of income for the past 60 days must be submitted along with all previous landlord contact information, photo ID and SS card. Background check is conducted, but no credit check. Tenant can not have any eviction filings within the past two years. No more than 2 persons can reside in this home due to its size and maintenance requirements on the well water pump and shared septic tank. One pet may be allowed but breed and size restrictions apply. This is a non-smoking home.
