To view this home, you can bring a photo ID and a $60 cash key deposit to 804 West Evans Street, Florence, to pick up a key Monday-Thursday, 9am-3:30pm, or Friday, 9am-11:30am. The key must be returned within an hour. Rental Applications can be submitted on our website. The application fee is $60 per applicant. A soft credit check is conducted to review credit history, background and prior residences, which does not affect your credit score. No minimum credit score required. Gross monthly income must be at least three times the amount of the rent. Any eviction filings within the past two years will disqualify the Applicant.
