All Amenities, gas, electric, garbage, water, wifi and heat all included in the rent. This unit is ideal for business travel, Travel Nurses and small families looking for an extended holiday.Fob for lobby, fitness, pool access will be in LOCK Box outside front door of the actual condo door. Security can let you in the front door, but they are NOT a front desk. Ask Security to point you in the right direction to the building/unit (5-330) Owner will email you the code to unit door one week ahead of your stay. Directions for use of fobs will be on hand in condo. Garage will have an additional fob also in the condo.
