Available August 1st. $1,350 cleaning and damage deposit with a credit score of 700 or more. Two years of good rental and employment references are requested. A cosigner and/or last month's rent are possibilities if lacking in references. Must provide proof of income, pay stubs, bank statements. No felons. Two people maximum. utilities included are sewer, water, trash, gas, and electricity. Utilities will have a baseline average credit included in monthly rent and then be adjusted according to prorated use monthly. Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis, any there will be a $15 per month fee per animal. The dogs must be on a leash outside the yard areas.
