Enjoy peace and quiet in this Surfside Beach home, one of Surfside Beach’s best kept secrets! Located in the family-friendly Golf Colony Resort and just 1.5 miles from the family-friendly Surfside beaches, you'll feel right at home. This home features a large open living/dining area and comfy sleeping accommodations. The fully stocked kitchen will allow you to make those comfort food meals with the whole family. The main floor primary bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom steps away containing a tub/shower combo. The upstairs loft suite has two queen beds and a spacious en suite private bath offering a tub/shower combo as well. Both bedrooms have 40"+ smart TVs with premium cable and streaming available, and the living room has an additional 55" Roku smart TV. The Wi-Fi is excellent with 125+ MBPS speeds, and multiple devices can be running at the same time with no interruptions. Linens are provided for all beds, as well as bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. There will also be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, two laundry pods, and two dish pods. This gas-powered golf cart-friendly community has plenty of parking. You can rent a gas-powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far, and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Pool/beach towels are not provided. Backpack-style beach chairs are available to rent through a link after booking. Golf Colony Deerfield is a centrally located, quiet, and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so many great options. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes! Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Please consider your neighbors, and keep noise at a reasonable sound level. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. By state law, occupancy may not exceed 6, and maximum occupancy includes infants and children. Guests must be 25 or older to book. Check-in is from 4:00-10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. [SI]
