Prepare meals in the modern kitchen featuring high-end appliances, a coffee bar, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Refresh in the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and fresh linens. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Arrive with ease using the private parking next to the property. Enter through the rear entrance and step into your meticulously prepared studio. Designed with care, this space ensures comfort and convenience, making it a true home-away-from-home. This apartment is directly across the street from the Cleveland Clinic and less than 10 minutes from any other main venues. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations) and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10 pm and 8 am. No cats are allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee. No indoor smoking is permitted (minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning). Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property.
