Enjoy a cozy bedroom with a comfortable bed, and a pull-out couch in the living area for additional sleeping arrangements. Relax and unwind with a 50-inch Smart TV equipped with streaming apps. Prepare meals in a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and a coffee station. Refresh in your private bathroom with a walk-in shower, fresh linens, and toiletries. Control your comfort with a dedicated heating and cooling system for the unit. A maximum of two dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. This home is just a short walk from the Cleveland Clinic, making it ideal for visitors, traveling nurses, or students. Enjoy easy access to downtown Cleveland and appreciate the timeless charm of this historic home combined with today’s conveniences. This home includes multiple units with long-term tenants and short-term guests. Stairs are required to access this unit. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 charge applies for late check-out without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt.
