The back entrance has keyless entry, and you will receive the code to the home and to your room on the day of your stay. There are decibel readers that track noise levels outside, and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted.
