About This Home
1,025 sq ft beautiful living space! Newly remodeled downstairs of the house. It is a completely separate living space from upstairs of the house with its own separate entry. It comes fully furnished or unfurnished. It has fairly new carpet and paint. Kitchen, Bathroom, and Bedroom all remodeled in the last 5 years. Kitchen is newly remodeled. It has its own front entry (x2), washer and dryer included, kitchen, bedroom, and huge living room / dining room area with a 75" big screen TV, electric fireplace, Refridgerator, Oven, Microwave, Kurig included. It has lots of windows and a beautiful view of Lake Winterwood and a vast green belt. I am located in a family friendly beautiful neighborhood where everyone has about an acre track. I have a swimming pool and deck out back for use in the summer time. I'm less than a 5 minute commute to Covington, 10 min to Maple Valley, or 15 min to downtown Kent. It currently has 1 newly remodeled bedroom but the living room is easily large enough to add another. I am willing to add an additional bedroom to the downstairs for an additional charge depending on what the needs are. Lots of grocery stores, fast food, and restaurants nearby including Fred Meyer, Walmart, Safeway, Walgreens and Costco, and several parks and lakes close by as well. My name is Jon and I live upstairs and work full time as an Electrician Foreman. Rent details
