Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 pet deposit. -Weekly lease: $405.00 per week for one person/ couple or $440.00 per week for 3 people- 4 week minimum stay, first 4 weeks paid up front, with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the $700 deposit. Weekly Pet Fee $12 per pet and a $200 pet deposit. -Additional $175 for an additional person per month. There is no unfurnished option. Pets considered on a case by case basis.
