Featuring: Furnished shared Front Porch Small Private Back Deck and backyard with hammock and picnic table Large bedroom with queen size bed, large living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher Off Street Parking for Two Vehicles Electric is Supported by Solar Panels LED Light Bulbs Throughout All Utilities, high speed Internet- Netflix, hulu and HBO is included Dishwasher in Kitchen Radiant Heat Ceiling Fans Throughout Owner can provide free use of laundry facility in building. Our Sustainability Initiative: Recycling bins in each of our units along with curb pickup by city Compost bin in each unit and compost bin in backyard of each property Enrollment in program allowing 50% of energy use to come from solar energy Solar panels on two buildings Electric bicycle used by owners LED lighting throughout all apartments and outdoor areas and more. TRU LLC is a member of the Nature Conservancy, World Wildlife Fund, The Audobohn Society, Ocean Conservancy, Earth Justice and Population Connection. We also make monthly contributions to the Nature Conservancy- effectively donating 1% gross profits to organizations which work to protect the environment! Feel good about living in a sustainable apartment! This apartment is ideal for someone moving to the area, just starting out on their own, or traveling professional. The lease options are: -Month to month contract with a 3 month minimum stay: $1600 per month for a single person or couple & additional $100 for a third person/ month, with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $800. Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 pet deposit. -Weekly lease: $405.00 per week for one person/ couple or $440.00 per week for 3 people- 4 week minimum stay, first 4 weeks paid up front, with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the $700 deposit. Weekly Pet Fee $12 per pet and a $200 pet deposit. -Additional $175 for an additional person per month. There is no unfurnished option. Pets considered on a case by case basis. All leases and payments are made through Innago- there is a $2 fee per transaction.
