Tailored for traveling families, this home offers a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, including a microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery. Gather around the island or fire pit (own firewood required) and relax on the spacious couches indoors or outside. Enjoy games and entertainment with Roku TVs and fast WiFi, and stream your favorite shows with access to various TV apps (own subscription required). The property is pet-friendly, so you don't have to leave your furry family members behind. Garage parking is available, and guests have full access to the driveway and garage during their stay. Come stay in one of Edmonton's most sought-after neighborhoods. Summerside is located in the southeast area of Edmonton, Alberta, and is conveniently near several major roadways, including the Anthony Henday Drive ring road and Highway 2, making it easy to access other parts of the city and the surrounding region. The neighborhood offers several shopping and dining options, including the Mill Woods Town Centre, and is a short drive from Downtown, the University of Alberta, West Edmonton Mall, and the YEG International Airport. This is a non-party home, and parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. No smoking of any kind is allowed, and a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside. Quiet time hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The maximum occupancy is ten people, and any additional guests without permission will be vacated from the property. A late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after the 10 AM check-out time unless prior permission is granted. If check-out is more than two hours late, you will be charged for an additional day at the base nightly rate, but this does not allow you to stay for the additional day. Any violation of the house rules could result in immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund. Whether you want to relax on the couch or yard, read a book, take a nap, or get some work done at the desk, this home has everything you need to enjoy your visit.
