Our spacious 3-floor home, ‘The Bee and Blossom’, is ideal for groups of 16-18 guests (an air mattress can be made available upon request for an additional guest or 2) with 8 bedrooms, 8 full baths. Located just off of Ashley Ave, location and parking won't be an issue here! Accessed by its own entrance/exit, The Bee and Blossom features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Upon entering the home you'll be greeted by the large first floor bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms, as well as the large living room and kitchen towards the back. The large living room features ample seating, a large flat screen TV, and a dining table that can be converted to provide 6-8 dining seats. The kitchen is located off the living room and features a breakfast bar with seating for four, and is fully equipped with basic kitchen cookware for your stay. The remainder of the bedrooms are located on the second and third levels, each with its own full bathroom. A second living room can also be found on the third floor with room to relax and enjoy the flat screen TV. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Outside you'll find the home's inviting two-level porch, as well as the tranquil courtyard where you can enjoy a drink, good conversation, and Charleston's beautiful weather. Guests will have access to the entire space along with all the appliances and amenities provided with the listing. The Neighborhood: Our house is situated in the quiet and charming downtown neighborhood of Radcliffeborough. Nestled between the Medical University and upper-King street, this neighborhood is conveniently located to provide easy access to all the best restaurants, shops and nightlife. There’s plenty to keep you entertained here day and night, with many art galleries, cafe´s, restaurants and bars. Go for a stroll in the day and enjoy the people watching, followed by a cocktail in one of the many trendy bars and perhaps then a live music gig. This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the best entertainment and nightlife Charleston has to offer! If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of King Street, we also recommend wandering around our neighborhood to discover the area’s cozy bars, gourmet restaurants and unique shops.
