The home is available from late May 2025, through early November, with flexibility. The home is located 2 miles from exit 143 off of I-75. It is on a large, one acre lot, on a dead end street in a small, upscale, private, safe neighborhood. The price includes EVERYTHING, lawn care, TV, internet, pool care, AND ELECTRIC. There is a large theater room and den, along with 3 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. So if you're moving to the area or waiting for your home to be built, and are looking for GREAT TEMPORARY HOUSING, give us a call. Pets considered on a case by case basis. First month's rent plus a month's security deposit is required before move in ($6,000). Background and credit checks will be done. Please, absolutely no smoking, inside or out. Thanks, Mark
