About This Property
Horses and dogs welcome! Or come live outside of town in the quiet of South Rocker on your own 10 acres. There is a very nice shelter for your horses attached to a metal container that you can utilize for extra storage. You will have to use a moveable fenceline of your choice to fence off the horses from the house, but there is a large area off the back porch that is fenced separately for your pups so you know they're secure. Horses are free (as long as they don't live inside of course), and there is an adjoining 8 acres that may be used to graze upon request and availability. The living room is two stories with incredible windows and the kitchen is spacious and has tons of storage as well as a pantry. There is a laundry room with provided washer and dryer, and a large bathroom with a tub shower. The front and back porch are accessed by french doors and there is room for seating to enjoy summer and fall nights. The loft is a very large bedroom with closets in the eaves and views to the Anaconda Pintlars! Dogs are $50/month each. Check out the rent special below if you move in by August 17!

Surrounded by national forests in western Montana, Butte is a charming town steeped in a rich history. First settled in the 1860s, Butte was a prosperous mining town, earning the nickname the “Richest Hill on Earth.” Butte’s historical roots are proudly on display throughout the town today, from the intricate Victorian architecture of Uptown Butte to the fascinating portrayals of the past at the World Museum of Mining.
Butte boasts a true small-town atmosphere with a strong sense of community fostered by an array of exciting events, including the Montana Folk Festival, Silver Bow County Fair, Butte-toberfest, Evel Knievel Days, and the An Ri Ra Montana Irish Festival. The community also bonds over outdoor adventure, with close proximity to many scenic parks, sprawling national forests, and the rugged Northern Rockies. Yellowstone National Park is also just a short drive away from Butte. Convenience to I-15 and I-90 makes getting around from Butte easy.
