Our Garden Style Units Come Equipped with Stove, Refrigerater, Central Air, & Patio/Balcony! Each Apartment is Approx. 1,000 sq. ft.! Rental Rate: 12 Month Lease $600/mo + Gas & Electric! (Security Deposit is $600 and due with First Month's rent at time of Lease signing.) All Applicants are Required to Complete a Rental Application (Processing Fee is currently $35 in cash or money order per person is due at the time of submission) Applications are Provided at the Time of Showings and Showings are Conducted by Appointment there is not an office at this location. Applications are Accepted on a First Come, First Served Basis for Available Units. Applications Require 1 - 2 Days on Average for Verification. Successful Applicants MUST Have Acceptable Credit, Good Past Rental History, & Verifiable Employment/Affordable Income. Applicant(s) must be able to show $2,143 in gross monthly income to meet affordability requirements.
