Currently in development, the Verdana Village community is located in Estero, Florida, just off of Corkscrew Road, only 8.5 miles east of I-75. This gated community has a new, completely state-of-the-art onsite amenities center. These include a very large air-conditioned sports complex with indoor pickleball, basketball and tennis courts. There will be a fitness center, a cafe/ice cream shop, locker rooms, a restaurant, a resort-style swimming pool, a yoga lawn, and so much more!
