About This Property
Please Read before responding I am seeking roommates for shared living household. The place is nicely appointed, fully furnished house in Highlands. (LoHi) The private room is also Fully Furnished, Queen Bedepecpt for smallest bedroom. Rooms are available now are all non-smoking rooms and singel occupancy only The bathrooms are shared. Walk to loads of restaurants, coffee shops, Avanti 's is block away and King Soopers is just down the street. The house updated, hardwood and tile floors a nicely equipped all new kitchen, dishwasher, a washer and dryer, TV, Wi-Fi all utilities are included in rent Plus Maid Service every other week clean common area of the house. A great match for us would be another MALE who works 8-to 5 hours, a professional or student that is a Non-smoker, and who likes to maintain high standards of cleanness in the common areas. A roommate that is respectful not coming in every night with other people waking up others. We are up by 6:30 AM to start our days so it is important we have roommates who will respect our hours. The lease teams are negatable, but no less than 3 months. The place is in the center of LoHi has a walk score of 87. Ten-minute walk to Downtown, two blocks over from Little Man Ice Cream. It rents for $837 a month which includes utilities with an $800 deposit. We will require a background check pay stubs and must come to see the place in person meet with the owner.
