I bought this spacious top floor 2bed/2bath condo in 1989 and have really loved living here in this beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Now, I'm moving to a house nearby and am looking for respectful tenant(s) to rent my condo. The space can be rented as furnished or unfurnished. This condo is in a small 6 unit community. The unit shares only one wall with the neighbor next door, has three sides of light filled windows including southfacing windows, and a balcony with spanish tiles floor. You feel like you are up in the trees with our willow tree creating privacy. Cozy gas and wood burning fireplace. In unit private washer and dryer, private entrance, large outdoor balcony.
