It also comes with 2 window AC units, electric room heaters, a stove, refrigerator and washer/dryer hook ups (please check whether gas or electric). Tenant pays for all utilities; lawn care is included in rent price. Pets are case by case basis with an additional $300 deposit per pet. This unit is available to move in on 4/1/25.
