The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has a double-size bed. Both bedrooms are furnished with a closet and a heating/air conditioning unit, and windows that allow natural light. For entertainment, a flat LCD TV with Roku streaming is available. Pets are welcome with an advance approval and a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, packages can be received without issue.
