Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families, feel at home in this spacious apartment just steps from the Q subway station, Central Park, and the Guggenheim Museum. This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove and/or toaster oven and an electric plate. Clean linens and towels are provided for your comfort. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, offering a variety of channels to enjoy through the Roku streaming TV. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month). To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decor in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. For the safety and security of all our guests, each guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. For long-term leases over 6 months, a verification of employment letter and copy of current paycheck are required. [SI]
