A Chicago, Illinois native, JoAnn began investing in real estate at the age of 26. Her first purchase was a two-flat quickly followed by a duplex and a three-flat in central Illinois. In 2006, after a 12-year-career as a business owner of a coffee house and home-style boutique, JoAnn became a realtor. Following her jump into real estate, JoAnn became a broker in 2007. While working as a broker-agent for Coldwell Banker in Lake Geneva she established the foundations for what she practices today. In 2013, JoAnn decided to join forces with Anne and Sharon. Bringing the expert training she received during her time at Coldwell Banker, as well as her extensive business knowledge, to create Spotlight Real Estate. In her free time, JoAnn enjoys spending time with her family. She is also involved with the East Troy Chamber of Commerce, the Goodwill Industry efforts and the Milwaukee Veterans Association.
