Better value elsewhere
Found better value in a newer building for less. Our apt was remodeled but can see from neighbor units how old the place is. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice cozy place but not at the rent we were paying. Downside is no gated parking, homeless guy slept by my car all the time, 1 washing machine to go between like 10-15 ppl, and very bad airflow into apt. It’s Santa Monica and theres always a breeze but I had to keep patio door wide open because windows are facing against the wind. Had bugs come in because trash cans were by our patio.
