Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 cars: 2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage, with no street parking or parking in front of other houses. Parties or events are not allowed, and the maximum number of guests should not be exceeded. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fee if evidence is found. Early check-ins or late departures require prior approval, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure.
