$1600: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage plus office space/den located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in beautiful midtown anchorage. 1,000 sq. ft. with spacious kitchen and living room. Cottage will be furnished and we will include utilities (including wifi & tv), linens, dishes, washer & dryer in unit, snow removal, off street parking as well as a weekly cleaning. In search of non-smoking professionals. May be perfect to use a live-in office space, or can use the office/den as a spare room. Month to month lease, 1 month minimum, first, last and security deposit equal to 1 month rent required up front, in addition to pet fee (if applicable). Rent will be $1600 monthly (all-inclusive).
