This property is home to four living units. There is a main house in which the owner and family of 3 young children occupy. The basement is also rented out to a single occupant. In the back of the property is a duplex which are two 2-bedroom 1 bath units. They have their own covered parking spot, private alley access. All tenants have access to a basic coin-free laundry room and communal yard and garden area. There are chickens on the property but are not for tenants to access. This is a quiet neighborhood in an excellent location. Starbucks, Enloe Hospital and Dutch Bros are all within walking distance and downtown Chico and Chico State is only a short bike ride away.
