Lease Details: Tenant must have a 700 credit score, no prior evictions, must sign a one year lease. Tenant is responsible to pay for gas, electricity and repairs on appliances. Unit does not include a refrigerator. Landlord will change filter every 3 months. Tenant is accountable for any damage except normal wear and tear. Owner of property has the right to enter the property within a 24 hour notice for any reason or at anytime in the event of an emergency. You are renting this unit as is. No modifications of any kind allowed. If you want to make changes to window coverings, it is required that you notify the landlord first for approval.
