Parking is available for 4 cars in the driveway. A 4-wheel or all-wheel drive is recommended in winter. Located in the beautiful Wears Valley area, this house is a perfect basecamp for scenic drives along Foothills Parkway, hiking in the Smokies, or shopping and fun in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. For the best access to the park, be sure to use the Cades Cove entrance. The Little Brier trailhead is the closest to the house, just over 5 miles away. Groceries and shopping are available in Pigeon Forge, about 9 miles (around 20 minutes by car) away. Dogs are allowed and must be included as pets in the guest count. Events or gatherings must have prior approval and are subject to additional fees. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping (tobacco, cannabis, or other substances) or illegal drug use allowed inside the property, including in any screened porches or in any interior areas. A $500 smoke remediation fee will be assessed if you or any members of your group violate this policy. [SI]
