My home is not only in close proximity to the London Bridge and downtown Lake Havasu, but it's also conveniently located near a boat launch ramp. So if you're planning on spending some time out on the water, you'll have easy access to all the best boating and water activities that Lake Havasu has to offer. We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

PETS
>$25/night per pet, 2 pets max
>Must pickup after pet or $20 extra charge
>Pets must be accompanied at all times, or kenneled
CAMERAS
>There is one ring doorbell camera next to the front door, and another ring security camera facing the backdoor entrance
>Do not tamper with the cameras, in place for safety/security reasons
DEPOSIT
$250 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (may ask for $500 during holidays/events)

$10 service charge added to shipping cost

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded.
DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
